This collection of fifteen binders has served the Band in a reference and preservation capacity. Some are dedicated to the Band's three longest-serving directors, Martin Klingler, Bert Meyers, and Ron Demkee. Others detail member-specific information, including member lists, instrument inventories, and death notices.The binders include newspaper clippings, correspondence, programs, published accounts of the Band and its history, and photographs.

Approximately 175 of these photographs are framed and hanging in the headquarters of the Allentown Band at 1914 Greenleaf St, Allentown, PA 18104. The digital files are stored at Trexler Library, Muhlenberg College. In 2019, the photographs were digitized thanks to a grant from the Council of Independent Colleges.
