The collection is open for research, with only a few very limited restrictions; access by appointment.

Extent

From the Collection: 50 Linear Feet (The bulk of the printed material (previously the vertical files) is contained in flip-top document cases. Textiles, memorabilia, and other realia is stored in appropriate lidded boxes.)

Establishment of one year pilot program (1968) to provide college education for 6 disadvantaged urban youth from Harlem and Philadelphia.; guidelines and personnel involved; grant of $15,000 received from Lutheran Church; Dr. Albert B. Gruner donates;

Program from "The Selected Writings of Diane M. Williams Class of 1972" in which she left written accounts of the Educational Opportunity Program as she experienced it. The roundtable discussion was followed by Dedication of the Diane M. Williams '72 House, 2147 Chew Street, Saturday, April 22, 2023. Part of the muhlenberg memories project.
