From the Collection: 50 Linear Feet (The bulk of the printed material (previously the vertical files) is contained in flip-top document cases. Textiles, memorabilia, and other realia is stored in appropriate lidded boxes.)

Dedication Service program 9/30/1988 - 10/1/1988; dedication weekend includes outdoor festival featuring exhibits and demonstrations of bookbinding, printing, silkscreening, calligraphy, world's 1,001 "best books", outdoor laser show, lecture by architect Robert Geddes, brass quintet fanfare, passing of books along a 'human chain" between Haas and Trexler Libraries, Viewings of "Yours Truly, Harry C. Trexler" film on the life of Harry Trexler, exhibits on The Muhlenberg Collections, tours of the $12 million Trexler Library; illustrations of the 'Rose of Sharon' that appears on brass doorknobs and elsewhere in theJohn A. W. Haas Library; Dedication address given by Frederick Busch '62, novelist, essayist, and professor of English at Colgate University.
