Biographical / Historical

Apollo King is a Drag King artist that has been performing since the early 2000s, starting her journey at Diamonz Nightclub in Bethlehem, PA. After being pushed to preform by Jade, while attending a show Apollo won her first title as King of Diamonz.

A year later she joined a group called The Diamonz Dukes, and performed as a group of Drag King artists traveling to Philly and New York, as well as other cities. After that, Apollo continued performing, hosting underage shows, meeting new performers and traveling, in addition to learning new makeup ideas while always looking up to the drag queens that were some of her inspirations.
