Scope and Contents This collection consists of four published books and numerous pamphlets and newspaper publications authored by Emanuel Hertz; a folder of correspondence addressed to him; and two scrapbooks featuring hundreds of newspaper clippings relating to Lincoln and Lincoln memorabila, as well as some pertaining to Hertz's political career. It also includes a lock of hair purported to be clipped from Abraham Lincoln's head after his assassination, with accompanying provenance.

Frederick C. Roberts '39 Student Memorabila Collection

Scope and Contents Frederick C. Roberts, Jr. attended Muhlenberg College from 1935 through 1939, and this collection offers a glimpse into daily student life and work. The group of materials includes student work books and forms, dance cards, schedules, dorm rules, a receipt for board at the college, a copy of "The Freshman Writer" newsletter, "Wilmer and Vincent's Amusement Guide" (Allentown), Vol. 1, no. 9, and some irreverent poetry.

Scope and Contents This collection comprises 19 letters written by J. Gysbert Bouma to David and Jean Raudenbush between 1960 and 1963; one letter written by Jean Raudenbush; and one sent to the Raudenbushes by Bouma's wife, Bertha.

The collection of poetry is comprised of approximately 100 typed sheets, most seemingly dealing with themes of love and sex, many referencing "Lilischa." A few pieces take epistolary or essay form and appear to be autobiographical.
