Thomas Carr's Community Fellowship for the 19th Street Experience will be supported by Muhlenberg College with $2500; documents 15 steps he will take throughout the process (Goals, Entrepreneurial Studies, Tourism/Adversiting "map", Street Fair, Commmunity Film series, Meetings - Michael Bruckner will be staff liaison, Planning Tool, Progress Report; College Valley Project will include six LVAIC schools
