From the Series: This series includes materials relating to each president and interim president from Frederick A. Muhlenberg in 1867 through Kathleen Harring in 2022, including biographical background, selection, inauguration, correspondence, achievements, and resignation/retirement from office.

Includes programs, emails, documents, newspaper clippings, legal papers, interviews, addresses, speeches, and personal letters.

From the Collection: 50 Linear Feet (The bulk of the printed material (previously the vertical files) is contained in flip-top document cases. Textiles, memorabilia, and other realia is stored in appropriate lidded boxes.)

1950: position as liberal arts college, college facing emergency, action needed on field house, campus morale, post-war readjustment; administration of Tyson written by Horn;

With concurrence of Trustees, Tyson requests increase in annual appropriation from Ministerium of Pa, giving detailed reasons of need for more money 1943
