Includes reports on women's honor society, social code changes, Housemother Program, curfews, dress regulations, college policy on dissent, use of alcoholic beverages; Student Affairs Committee be established; Student Council Supreme Court- 1960 (predecessor Honor court) will hear appeals, establish punishment; constitution of Student Court (1960)
