The first folder in this collection contains letters written by Paul Candalino and his friend and classmate Edward Robertson '42, who also hailed from Hawthorne, NJ. The letters were contributed by Robertson's wife, Lois, in 2016.
The second folder contains memorabilia from the street dedication ceremony on November 11, 2015, at which the street on which Paul Candalino grew up was dedicated to his memory.

Biographical / Historical
Paul Candalino '43 (1921-1945) was a prominent Muhlenberg student who was voted Life President of his class. He enlisted in the Navy and died when the USS Indianapolis was sunk on July 31, 1945.
