Custodial History
The Le-Hi-Ho Records Collection was donated to the Allentown Public Library (APL) by Frank Whelan and Bob Wittman prior to the establishment of the Lehigh Valley LGBT Community Archive. When Trexler Library archivists processed that collection for APL in 2019, they were granted permission to take duplicate copies of these newsletters to add to the Lehigh Valley LGBT Community Archive. These items were then added to the Whelan/Wittman collection, which Frank and Bob had begun to contribute to the community archive collections.
